Total available space on the University campus is 270,786.95 m2. 99.56% of this total space, 269,596.68 m2, is designated non-smoking. In an area of 1,190.27 m2, 00.44% of the total space, smoking is allowed. The University has implemented the smoke-free campus policy, thus it helps prevent non-smokers from picking up a smoking habit and makes it difficult for everyone to reach tobacco products. It attaches great importance and gives priority to the smoke-free campus policy in order to fulfill its responsibilities towards saving individuals from tobacco addiction within the relevant Regulation.
The e-mail account dumansizkampus@agu.edu.tr has been activated for reporting violations of the smoke-free policy by students, staff or guests and for conveying requests, wishes and complaints regarding tobacco and tobacco products. All offices have been notified accordingly.
